Pastor Anthony and Della Frank joined the International Church of Las Vegas in 2012. They were part of the Moapa Christian Church where they helped lead the youth. Anthony is a member of the Moapa Band of Paiute from the Moapa Indian Reservation and a member of the MBOP Business Council for nine years. Della is originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico. Anthony and Della met at the Moapa Christian Church. They have adult children and many spiritual children they pray for daily.
